Hicks Acquisition Co, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) set up by Dallas billionaire Tom Hicks has agreed in principle to buy Graham Packaging Holdings Co, and alongside The Blackstone Group take the firm public in a US$3.2bn deal.
