Hughes Telematics has agreed to be acquired by Polaris Acquisition for US$700mn. The all-stock deal will give Atlanta-based Hughes a US$140mn capital injection, which Eric Goldman >, Presdient of Hughes, told CFW would be used to support the company's continued growth.
