Russian billionaire Suleiman Kerimov, majority shareholder in Polymetal, has sold a 68% stake in the miner to three businessmen. Polymetal is Russia's largest silver miner and third-largest gold miner. The miner, listed in both London and Moscow since February 2007, has a market capitalisation of US$2.7bn. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
