St. Louis based Anheuser-Busch confirmed on June 11 that it has received an unsolicited US$46.4bn takeover bid from Belgium's InBev. There had been constant speculation that InBev, maker of Stella Artois and Becks, was going to make a bid for the US maker of Budweiser and Bud Light.
