Accenture, the global management consultancy and technology services company, has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Origin Digital Inc, a New Jersey-based digital video services firm. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, and the acquisition is still subject to customary closing conditions, but CFW has learnt that the deal will likely close in 30 days.
