Hong Kong's so-called superman, Li Ka-shing, has extended his reach to New Zealand via his company Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings (CKI). CKI bid NZD785mn (US$614mn) for Wellington's power network, which is currently owned by New Zealand's Vector.
