PT Indika Energy, an Indonesian energy conglomerate, said on April 15 that it will launch an IPO in June. Indika plans to sell an 18% stake, or 937.7mn shares, to both foreign (70%) and domestic (30%) investors. The company did not release how much it hoped to raise from the offering, but analysts estimate between US$300mn and US$400mn.
