Deutsche Telecom has bid EUR2.5bn (US$4bn) for a 20% stake in Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (OTE). The German telecom has offered EUR26 per share, a premium of 19% based on OTE's three-month average. The stake is being sold by Marfin Investment Group.
