RingCentral Inc , a Web-based telecommunications company, has said that it has raised $12 million in a second round of financing. The Redwood, California-based Company, which allows small businesses to unify and manage their phone, mobile, fax and e-mail communications, raised $12 million, in its first round of financing in September last year.
