Since Microsoft made its $44.6 billion offer to buy Yahoo on January 31, there have been a number of twists and turns in the ongoing contest. Nothing, though, seems to indicate that a deal will be reached anytime soon. Consensus is that this one will go the distance, or may not even happen at all, as Yahoo is continuing to refuse all approaches from the software giant.
