WSE IPOs To Outperform Region
June 2009 | IPO News AlertThe Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) is solidifying its position as a leading bourse in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), as Poland has weathered the recession better than others in the region. Indeed, the exchange already boasts the highest number of initial public offerings (IPOs) in Europe this year, and its CEO Ludwik Sobolewski, keen to capitalise on the country's relative stability, said that he expects twenty companies to list by the end of 2009.
