Gedeon Richter Extends Gynaecological Business With Preglem Acquisition

Hungary-based Gedeon Richter has acquired privately-held Swiss biopharmaceutical group Preglem for CHF150mn (US$156mn), with further milestone payments totalling up to CHF295mn (US$307mn).
