Chile IPOs Bode Well For Andean Integration

In the prelude to the integration of stock exchanges in the Andes, activity in Santiago is already starting to heat up. Indeed, Chile is regarded as something of a rising star in the IPO market, and this bodes well for the exchange tie up between the bourses of Peru , Colombia and of course Chile later this year. Although Brazil is likely to remain the major economic force in the region and as such the major listing destination for debutants, it seems the periphery nations of Latin America are beginning to step up to the plate.
