The corporate raiders are at the gates. Indeed, potential bidders are lining up for Canadian fertiliser firm Potash Corporation in what may well become the next big M&A bidding war. Dealmakers have been salivating since Anglo-Australian mining firm BHP Billiton 's hostile US$38.6bn move for Potash was rejected by the Saskatchewan-based firm (see, 'Deal Of The Week', CFW , August 23 2010).
