GM Stresses Importance Of Vehicle Financing

General Motors Company (GM) has laid out some of its strategies for regaining market share in North America, largely aimed at the financial side of the business. While heavy discounts and incentives have often been cited as a major factor in hammering carmakers' profits, GM has taken the somewhat surprising step of announcing an 'employee pricing for all' campaign in Canada, running until August 31. Moreover, GM is also looking to tap into the subprime lending market in the US through new partnerships, as well as improving its leasing
