URS Agrees Scott Wilson Takeover
June 2010 | M&A AnalysisUS engineering company URS has announced its finalised takeover offer for UK infrastructure design and consultancy company Scott Wilson Group. The offer of 210 pence per share was accepted by Scott Wilson and is expected to close in Q3 2010, and be accretive to URS earnings per share in FY 2011.
