The memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Egypt's Orascom Construction and India's HCC Infrastructure comes hot on the heels of the joint venture (JV) between Tata, Actis and Atlantia. The proliferation of such partnerships highlights that for foreign players to break the entry barrier in India's infrastructure market, partnering a strong local company is the way to do it.
