M&M Buys Out Renault's Stake In JV
May 2010 | Corporate Financing AnalysisIndian automaker Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) is acquiring full control of Mahindra Renault, its joint venture (JV) with Renault, by buying out the French carmaker's 49% stake. While M&M will become the 100% owner of the JV, which manufactures the Logan sedan, Renault will continue supplying key components such as engines to M&M.
