Kabel BW Looks To Acquire Cable Network

German cable operator Kabel BW is looking to acquire a cable network from Tele Columbus. The operator is seeking to buy a cable network that crosses around 50,000 homes to expand the reach of its potential customers. The deal is subject to approval from Germany's cartel authorities. Both the parties have refused to disclose the financial terms of the deal.
