Turk Telekom To Begin Talks To Acquire Invitel International

Turkish incumbent Turk Telecom has announced that it will begin negotiations with Invitel Holdings to acquire Invitel's international wholesale business, Invitel International . Turk Telecom is seeking to develop its data operations unit with the acquisition. The company said that the two parties would be required to secure regulatory approvals to complete the acquisition.
