Macquarie Consortium Makes Highest Bid For FARAC III

A consortium formed of Australian investment bank Macquarie, CCR and Ascendi - a subsidiary of Portugal's Mota-Engil have submitted the highest bid for the Farac III toll road project in Mexico. The Farac II tender was hit by uncertainty related to the economic crisis, but the Farac III tender appears to have got off to much better start.
