Indian Outbound M&A To Rally In 2010

Relatively unscathed by the economic downturn in comparison with the West, Indian firms are now seizing the opportunity to jump back on the overseas acquisition trail. Saurabh Agrawal , head of investment banking at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch in India, agrees: 'We are definitely going to see more deals in 2010. And most will be cross-border deals.'
