Chinese Inbound M&A Set To Outperform In 2010
February 2010 | M&A AnalysisWhile Chinese outbound M&A has been busy making headlines as China buys up assets across the globe, China's inbound M&A is quietly creating a buzz of its own. Inbound M&A hit a new record high in China last month, with US$13bn of deals announced - according to data provider Dealogic. This figure is more than double the volume in January 2009 and up 26% on the previous January record high of US$10.4bn, recorded in January 2008.
