ISA Enters Chile's Toll Road Sector

Colombia's state-controlled grid operator Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA) has acquired a 60% stake in the Chilean highway assets of Spanish toll road operator Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte (Cintra). This agreement marks a milestone for ISA's strategy of diversification in other infrastructure sectors in Latin America.
