Poland Boosts European IPO Market

Where would Europe be without its Emerging component? Europe is the laggard in the IPO revival with only US$900mn raised in the year so far, far less than the US$37.8bn raised in Asia ex-Japan and US$24.9bn in the Americas. Yet the Polish IPOs of utility PGE and lender PKO have given European IPOs a second wind, prompting hopes that Europe may catch up with the global IPO revival in H110.
