US IPO Market Continues To Thaw

On the back of thawing equity markets, the decision to go public is becoming increasingly appetising for US firms - especially for those in the food industry. As US consumers continue to shun dining out, in favour of the cheaper option of staying at home to eat, leading food companies are seeing their balance sheets remain firmly in the black. So, for such firms it seems the time is nigh to take advantage of more buoyant capital markets and subsequent investor hunger for share offerings, after a year of holding back.
