Morgan Stanley Making A Comeback

Morgan Stanley announced on May 15 that it will conduct a public offering of its remaining stake in MSCI - an investment analysis and market index company. Shares have been priced at US$21.50, a discount of 8.4% to MSCI's May 18 closing price and a far cry from the US$32.00 per share it sold a 50% stake for in July 2008.
