ECP Looks To Expansion With Thunnus Aquisition

Emerging Capital Partners (ECP), an Africa-focused private equity firm that has raised more than $1.60bn for investments across the continent, has announced that it has acquired a minority stake worth US$28.90mn in Thunnus Overseas Group (TOG), a collection of companies that process and distribute tuna in Cote d'Ivoire and Madagascar.
