AvtoVAZ Signs Partnership Deal With Azia Avto

Russia's largest domestic car manufactuer, AvtoVAZ, has signed a partnership deal to acquire a 25% stake in Kazakh auto manufacturer Azia Avto. With the sealing of this deal, Azia Avto has agreed to sell a blocking share of the company to AvtoVAZ that may eventually allow AvtoVAZ to gain a controlling stake in the Kazakh automaker.
