Tyson Makes Major Brazilian Investment

The firm will buy Macedo Agroindustrial and Avicola Itaiopolis in the state of Santa Catarina and acquire a 70% stake in ParanĂ¡-based Frangobras. Tyson, the world's largest meat and poultry processor, said that the deal offers potential for domestic and international sales growth.
