Alvion Acquired By US Tech Company

Business intelligence services and ETL specialist company Alvion Ukraine has been acquired by SoftServe, an independent multinational software development and consulting company. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. SoftServe, which has its US headquarters in Florida and its European headquarters in Ukraine, has said that the transaction will add 'significant technical expertise and new market opportunities'.
