Parliament Approves Gazprom Neft's 51% Acquisition Of NIS

Serbia's parliament has approved an energy deal with Russia which gives Russian state-controlled Gazprom Neft, Gazprom's oil subsidiary, a majority stake in Serbia's Nafta Industrija Srbije (NIS) in exchange for the country's inclusion in Gazprom's South Stream gas pipeline project.
