Actis Invests In Poulina Group

Actis, a leading emerging markets private equity firm, has made its fifth investment in Africa since this time last month. The firm announced on August 21 that it has invested an undisclosed amount in the IPO of Poulina Group Holding. Poulina, the largest privately owned conglomerate in Tunisia, will float 10% of its capital on the Tunis stock exchange at a date to be announced.
