US Power Generating Company To List
August 2008 | IPO News AlertUS Power Generating Company (USPowerGen) filed an initial public offering on August 12 and is planning to raise up to US$500mn. The company is the owner and operator of eight power generation facilities in the New York and Boston areas. Proceeds from the offering will be used to make planned capital improvements and expand generation capacity at its facilities, as well as for other general corporate purposes.
