New African ETF Launched

The Market Vectors Africa Index Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) was launched on July 14 by New York-based asset manager Van Eck Global. The new ETF is the latest way for investors to tap into Africa's growing economies. Although not an entirely frontier market fund, it will give access to companies which are headquartered in or gain the majority of their revenues from African emerging and frontier markets.
