Hungary's MOL To Bid For Croatia's INA

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL stated on July 14 that it would launch a public offer for all of the shares in Croatian oil company INA Industrija Nafte that are not owned by the Croatian government. MOL presently has a 25% stake in INA and has been working in concert with the Croatian government, which owns a 44%
