Maritime Capital Tries To Float With IPO
June 2008 | IPO News AlertMaritime Capital Shipping has begun book-building for its Singapore IPO, which it hopes will raise up to US$300mn. Since its establishment in April 2007 by former Pacific Basin CEO Mark Harris, the company has built a fleet of 18 dry-bulk ships, and it hopes to use the proceeds from the offering to continue building to its target number of 25-30 by 2009.
