SocGen And Rockefeller Alliance

France's Société Genérale's (SG) private banking arm and the US' Rockefeller & Co. the wealth management unit of Rockefeller Financial Services , have formed an alliance. SG has bought a 37% stake in the company for an undisclosed sum. As part of the deal, SG Private Banking will now have two out of the 11 seats on Rockefeller's board.
