Turkey's Petkim Privatisation Finally Complete
June 2008 | Privatisation News AlertThe long delayed sale of a 51% stake in Turkey's Petkim Petrokimya Holding (Petkim) was completed on May 30. The controlling stake was bought by a consortium led by Azerbaijan's state oil company Socar which bid US$2.4bn for the petrochemicals maker along with Turkey's Turcas and Saudi Arabia's Injaz Projects.
