Kenya's Housing Finance To Undertake Rights Issue
May 2008 | Corporate Financing News AlertKenya's leading mortgage lender Housing Finance (HF) has been given approval by the Capital Markets Authority to undertake a KES2.3bn (US$37mn) rights issue. The company, which accounts for 42% of Kenya's mortgage market, plans to use the capital injection to finance a strategic five-year plan which encompasses low-cost housing schemes.
