TUI To Approach Buyers for Hapag-Lloyd Shipping Division

At TUI's annual meeting held on April 18, the German tourism and shipping company confirmed its plans to separate its shipping division, Hapag-Lloyd. The company plans to seek potential buyers as early as late May or early June for Hapag, which is estimated to be worth up to US$7.8bn.
