Ukraine Poultry Firm To List In London

Mironovskiy Hleboproduct (MHP), a Ukrainian poultry and grain producer, has stated that it plans to launch an IPO on the London Stock Exchange. The company has not stated how much it wants to raise or when it plans to list, although Reuters cited a source who stated that the company could raise up to US$500mn. The offering will be in the form of global depository receipts.
