Manitowoc To Buy UK Food Equipment Maker Enodis
April 2008 | M&A News AlertUK food equipment maker Enodis has agreed to be acquired by Manitowoc, a cranes and restaurant equipment maker. Manitowoc will pay US$1.9bn in cash, the equivalent of GBP2.58 (US$5.13) for each Enodis share. The offer price is a 82.3% premium on Enodis' closing share price on April 8, the day before news of the takeover went public.
