Indonesia's Rajawali & Cambodian Government To Set Up Airline
April 2008 | Corporate Financing News AlertRajawali Group of Indonesia has entered into an agreement with the Cambodian government to set up a national airline in Cambodia. Rajawali will invest US$50mn in the joint-venture giving it a 49% stake in the airline, and the Cambodian government the controlling stake.
