Mexican Oil Industry Reform?
February 2008 | Privatisation AnalysisThe Mexican government plans by the end of March to unveil an initiative to open the state oil industry to foreign and private investment, according to energy minister Georgina Kessel. A bill may then be submitted to congress later in the year, depending on the amount of support from opposition parties.
