Merged Cloetta/Leaf Business Will Have Strong Platform To Build In Sugar Confectionery

Swedish confectionery producers Cloetta and Leaf International have announced plans to merge their operations. The combined company will be led by current Leaf CEO Bengt Baron but retain the name Cloetta. The combination creates a firm with net sales of SEK5.7bn and a strong position across the Nordic confectionery
