Clearwire-Sprint Deal Offers Breathing Room

Clearwire and Sprint Nextel have signed an agreement for US$1.6bn, that will allow the mobile operator access to Clearwire's 4G networks for four years. This has allayed fears that Sprint intended to distance itself from Clearwire, in which Sprint has invested.
