Julphar Enters Into Joint Venture With Supplier Cigalah

CFW View: We like Julphar's regional strategy, especially its diversified product portfolio with sales across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Their joint venture with Cigalah seems to be built on solid mutual benefits but CFW still prefers the science parks of the UAE as a site to manufacture drugs as opposed to the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), which is better for tapping into North African markets.
