Trouble At Home: US IPOs Head Overseas

With trouble at home, a growing number of US corporates are heading overseas in order to tap equity investors and complete their IPOs. Indeed with market volatility in the US forcing one listing after another to be shelved or postponed altogether, it makes logical sense that the 2011 y-t-d has played host to the highest number of US IPOs completed overseas for four years.
