First Health PPP A Reason For Cautious Optimism

BMI notes that because the private procurement of social infrastructure assets in Poland is currently non-existent, the project's progress will be watched closely by investors eager to enter the nascent Polish PPP market. However, despite strong initial interest in the bidding phase, only one bid was ultimately submitted, highlighting the perceived risks of an approach to project procurement that is largely confined to developed markets.
